Mark Bowditch
I have a Construction Engineering Degree. I have my CPI, CMI, CRT, and WETT certifications. I am a former municipal inspector. I have been in business since March 1, 1995. I have completed over 12,000 inspections, not including my municipal inspections. I pride myself on producing a very detailed report and explaining everything to my clients in plain terms. We help identify common maintenance items during our inspection, not just deficiencies. We continue to expand our knowledge base. As the owner of the company, I will perform your inspection.

Mark was extremely thorough and did an amazing job explaining the various tasks he was doing/ what he was looking for/ and what is more pressing for timeline completion of tasks if he found any issues. We are first time home buyers so we had lots of questions and he was very happy to answer and very knowledgeable.
