At Accurate Building Inspections Inc., we provide the following services:
- Pre-purchase home inspections: A thorough inspection taking 2 to 3 hours that is followed by a detailed type written report that includes photos that you will receive by email. Your report is saved in the Cloud and can be accessed from any device by the provided link.
- Commercial building inspections: A thorough inspection followed by a type written report that includes photos and is customized to the size and type of building. Please contact the office for further details.
- New Home Warranty inspections: After you have taken possession of your new home you are covered by an extensive warranty. Inspections are beneficial at the 30 day point and prior to your one (1) year anniversary. Very detailed type written reports are provided with photos.
- WETT inspection (Wood Energy Technology Transfer): This includes an inspection of wood burning appliances – typically fireplaces, fireplace inserts, wood stoves, and chimneys. Further information can be found at www.wettinc.ca
